Gaming Solutions International was launched in 1992 after the launch of UK Charity Lotteries in the United Kingdom. Prior to the launch, the President of Gaming Solutions International had spent almost 10 years in the United States Lottery industry on both the Government operations side as well as working for one of the world's major instant ticket suppliers. From this United States experience and success, he moved to the United Kingdom to do the launch of UK Charity Lotteries. While in the United Kindom, sales, service and support was given to lottery operations across Europe and Gaming Solutions International was born! In 1992, GSI coordinated and launched in South Africa, Games Africa (PTY) Ltd. Games Africa sold instant tickets under the brand names of Ithuba, Zama Zama and Viva and were the largest lottery operators in the country. To support the ticket brands, GSI worked with the South African Broadcast Corporation and developed the Win 'N Spin and Zama Zama television game shows. These shows were in the top TV shows in South Africa for many years there.
